Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) assured full support on the 4th National Youth Leadership Summit

Quezon City Philippines – Col Jose Victor Vargas Jr PAF (GSC), commander of 7th Civil Relations Group, CRSAFP  conducted a courtesy call to the Undersecretary for Special Concerns of the Department of Information and Communications Technology, BGEN Eliseo M Rio Jr. (Ret) this morning, October 10, 2017. They have discussed about the partnership for the successful conduct of 4th National Youth Leadership Summit.

DICT will give lectures about Cyber Security, Government Emergency Communication System, ICT’s Programs and Countering Violent Extremism in Social Media. These topics will be given to a hundred and twenty six (126) youth leaders and thirty three (33) facilitators coming from the 18 regions nationwide.

7th Civil Relations Group, as the implementer of this summit partners with different NGAs and NGOs to support and contribute for further empowerment of our youth sector. These youth leaders advocacy is to be catalyst of peace and actors of nation building.
